Cytoplasmic Dynein Inhibitor (Ciliobrevin D) is a cell-permeable benzoyl dihydroquinazolinone derivative that acts as a reversible and specific blocker of AAA+ ATPase motor cytoplasmic dynein and disrupts spindle pole focusing, cold-stable microtubule formation, kinetochore-microtubule attachment, and melanosome aggregation in a dose-dependent manner.
