Description
Cell-permeable azaindolylmaleimide compound acting as a potent and specific ATP-competitive inhibitor of GSK-3β. Shows minimal inhibition activity in a panel of 79 commonly studied protein kinases. Has been shown to increase intracellular glycogen synthase activity in HEK293 cells.
