Description
This product is a cell-permeable carboxamidine compound reported to act as a potent substrate-competitive inhibitor of uPA, trypsin, and tryptase. This compound is also reported to have good selectivity relative to tPA, Thrombin, and Factor Xa. Additionally reported to block cell surface uPA-mediated, plasminogen-dependent, degradation of fibronectin by HT1080 cells in a dose-dependent manner.
