Description
Dual, ATP-competitive inhibitor of DNA-dependent protein kinase (DNA-PK) and PI 3-K (IC50 = 19 nM for DNA-PK autophosphorylation in MCF7 cells). Inhibits proliferation of MCF7 cells and delays growth of MCF7 xenografts. Also thought to inhibit PI 3-K in a cell line-dependent manner
