Description
Lonidamine (CAS 50264-69-2) is an anticancer and anti-spermatogenic agent in vitro and in vivo. Inhibits cellular energy metabolism in some cells via inhibition of mitochondrial hexokinase. Also blocks CFTR Cl- channels in vitro.
