Description
Pepstatin A (CAS 26305-03-3) is a reversible inhibitor of aspartic proteases. Inhibits cathepsin D, pepsin, and renin. Reported to block apoptosis induced by CA-074 in PC12 cell lines. Effective concentration: 1.0 µM.
