Description
Tubulin Polymerization Inhibitor II (CAS 1151995-69-5) is a cell-permeable, SU5416- derived combretastatin A-4 analog that acts as an effective anti-microtubule agent (IC50 = 4.5 μM in inhibiting polymerization of purified porcine brain tubulin) and displays extremely potent antiproliferative activity towards various cancer cell lines (GI50<10 nM for 46 lines among a 53 NCI panel tested).
