Description
JX 401 (CAS 349087-34-9) is a potent, reversible inhibitor of p38α that displays no activity on the p38γ isoform (IC50 values are 32 nM and > 10 μM respectively). Inhibits the differentiation of myoblasts to myotubes in mammalian cells in culture.
