Description
Phortress (CAS 328087-38-3) is a prodrug of the antitumor agent 5F 203, which acts via binding to aryl hydrocarbon receptors. Induces expression of CYP1A1 and generates adducts in the DNA of sensitive MCF7 and IGROV-1 cells.
